Is EuroGrand Still Open?

No. EuroGrand Casino no longer accepts players, and its website, eurogrand.com, did not load when we checked on 23 October 2026. Some third-party review sites still show “play now” buttons for EuroGrand. Those listings are out of date and are not evidence that the casino is operating.

What Happened to EuroGrand?

EuroGrand was part of the William Hill group, run by WHG (International) Limited according to LCB. On 25 November 2021, a William Hill spokesperson said the company had taken “a strategic decision” to close its EuroGrand, 21 Nova and William Hill Casino Club brands. William Hill described this as part of a continuous review of its brands, with a focus on William Hill and Mr Green.

  • Marketing for the brands stopped from 26 November 2021, and new sign-ups stopped from 29 November 2021.
  • Players had until Monday, 24 January 2022, to withdraw funds from their accounts.
  • Players who moved their accounts to Mr Green or William Hill were reported to keep a similar rewards tier.

If You Had a EuroGrand Account

The withdrawal deadline has passed. We found no official process for claiming a balance after 24 January 2022, and no statement from a regulator about what happened to unclaimed funds. We cannot say whether such balances were returned, held or forfeited.

If you believe money was left in an account, you could contact William Hill customer support, as the parent brand, and quote your old EuroGrand username and any emails or transaction records you kept. You could also contact the gambling regulator that licensed your account. Sources disagree on which licence EuroGrand held (Gibraltar, Malta and the UK Gambling Commission have all been named), and we have not confirmed any of them, so check your account terms or old emails first. We cannot promise any outcome.

What EuroGrand Offered

EuroGrand launched around 2006, according to third-party reviews, and ran mainly on Playtech software. Reviews listed roulette titles including European Roulette, Premium European Roulette, Premium French Roulette, Mini-Roulette and Marvel Roulette. The live section reportedly included Live Quantum Roulette and Speed Roulette. Details such as limits, payment methods and game counts were never verified against a primary source, so we have removed them from this page.
