Withdrawal times and limits
Quick answer: Fair Go says withdrawals are processed within 2 business days. It publishes no separate time for each method, and it says verification, the payment method and public holidays can add time. LCB’s casino data lists longer times for bank transfers (see below). Checked against the operator’s banking page on 23 October 2026.
| Method | Fee | Minimum | Maximum per withdrawal | Weekly limit | Monthly limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer (wire) | $50 | $100 | $2,500 | $2,500 | $10,000 |
| Bitcoin | None | $100 | $2,500 | $5,000 | $10,000 |
| eZeeWallet | None | $100 | $2,500 | $5,000 | $10,000 |
General ceiling versus per-method caps. The same banking page also says withdrawals can reach “up to $7,500 weekly” and “$30,000 monthly”, that actual limits may vary, and that VIP players can have higher limits. The promotional terms likewise give a $7,500 weekly maximum. These general figures do not match the per-method table above, where no method allows more than $5,000 a week or $10,000 a month. The operator does not explain the difference, so treat the per-method caps as the practical limit and ask live chat what applies to your account.
What LCB lists. LCB, RouletteVision’s sister site, has casino data for Fair Go that lists KYC taking from 10 minutes to 5 business days, a 48-hour pending period, Bitcoin as instant and bank transfers taking up to 15 business days. That data (last updated February 2026) differs from the operator’s 2-business-day statement, so allow for the longer range on bank withdrawals. A third-party review, Wizard of Odds, says Bitcoin and eWallets are fastest, with funds in 2 to 3 business days.
Rules that affect cashing out.
- Your deposit must be wagered at least once (1x) before you can request a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals normally go back to the method used to deposit where possible, though the casino may choose the method.
- Withdrawals of free-bonus winnings are capped at AUD 180 unless the offer says otherwise.
- The operator lists only bank transfer, Bitcoin and eZeeWallet for withdrawals.
Deposits
According to Fair Go’s banking page, deposits are instant and the casino charges no deposit fee. Your payment provider may charge its own. Minimum deposits by method:
| Method | Type | Minimum deposit |
|---|---|---|
| Visa, Mastercard | Card | $20 |
| Apple Pay, Google Pay | Digital wallet | $20 |
| JET Bank Transfer | Bank transfer | $20 |
| Neosurf | Voucher | $10 |
| eZeeWallet | E-wallet | $10 |
| Bitcoin, Ether, Tether (USDT) | Crypto | $25 |
| Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin | Crypto | $10 |
| Lightning Bitcoin | Crypto | $5 |
Verification (KYC)
The operator’s verification page says winnings cannot be processed until your account details are verified, and it states no timeline for the check. The documents it asks for are a passport, national ID or driver licence (front and back), proof of address, a selfie if requested, and proof of the card or eWallet if you used one. The verification page says proof of address should be no older than three months, while the general terms say a utility bill should be dated within the last two months. Because the two disagree, use the most recent document you have.
Games Selection
Fair Go’s homepage advertises “over 280 real money pokies” and names Spin Logic as the game provider. The homepage also lists a small set of virtual table games, including blackjack, European roulette, baccarat and stud poker. The casino’s own pages do not mention live dealer tables, and LCB lists no live games. It runs in a mobile browser with no downloadable app mentioned. Support is by 24/7 live chat; no phone number is listed.
Roulette games and bonus rules
European roulette is the only roulette game Fair Go’s homepage names. It uses a single-zero wheel, which gives a house edge of 2.70%. The operator’s roulette pages did not load when we checked, so we cannot confirm other variants or table limits.
The more important point for roulette players is the bonus terms. European roulette bets are not allowed while a bonus is active, red/black roulette bets are not allowed, and winnings from breaching the rule can be voided. Table games including American Roulette also do not count towards the 60x wagering on free bonuses; deposit bonuses carry 30x wagering on deposit plus bonus.
Roulette bonus eligibility and table limits
Operator restriction checked · Research checked 23 October 2026
| Scope | Fair Go Promotional Terms, item 14 |
|---|---|
| Roulette bonus eligibility | European Roulette is prohibited with an active bonus. The terms also prohibit red/black roulette bets; do not treat this as an eligible roulette bonus. |
| Important conditions | A prohibition on play is different from a 0% wagering contribution: breaching the restriction can void winnings. |
| Table minimum and maximum | Not published. Read the limits in the game itself before placing a bet. |

Offer eligibility and game availability vary by location. A bonus maximum stake is not a table limit. Check your selected promotion and named game. See our research methodology and roulette odds and payouts.
Current promotions
Use the dated roulette eligibility section above and the specific operator terms. Bonus amounts and coupons can change; a displayed casino promotion is not automatically suitable for roulette.
Licensing and safety in Australia
Fair Go’s website does not name a licensing authority, a licence number or an operating company. The homepage says only that the casino is “operated under licence” and has been “licensed and operating since 2017”, and the terms describe “Fair Go Casino” as a trade name. According to Wizard of Odds, the operator is Deckmedia. We have not been able to confirm the licence holder or a current licence on a regulator’s register.
On 19 November 2019, the ACMA asked Australian internet service providers to block Fair Go Casino and Emu Casino, the first two sites blocked under the federal website-blocking scheme. The government announcement said the games on the sites are prohibited under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, following more than 50 complaints. The ACMA publishes its current list of blocked illegal gambling websites. We are not saying that Fair Go is legal in Australia, and nothing here is legal advice. The casino’s own FAQ answers “Yes” to whether it is available in Australia, which does not sit with the ACMA’s action; the operator’s terms restrict only jurisdictions that prohibit interactive gambling and do not name Australia.
United States: Michigan cease-and-desist
On 2 July 2025 the Michigan Gaming Control Board said it had issued cease-and-desist letters to 19 online gaming operations “targeting players in Michigan without proper licensure”, and named Fair Go Casino among them (MGCB announcement).
Verdict
The published banking terms are clear on fees and per-method caps, but less clear on how long withdrawals really take and on the gap between the $7,500 weekly figure and the lower per-method caps. Roulette choice looks limited to European roulette, the roulette bonus restrictions are strict, and the licensing and ACMA position needs careful thought.
