Is Casino Action legit?
On the evidence we could check, yes. The operator’s terms name the company behind the brand and a Kahnawake licence number, and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission’s permit holder list names Fresh Horizons Ltd. against casinoaction.com. That list page is dated 28 September 2023, so treat the register check as dated. The footer also links to an eCOGRA certificate for its random number generators. Player feedback is mixed: LCB (a secondary source) shows a member rating of 2.9 out of 5 from 503 votes, and it lists no warning or blacklisting for the casino.
Who runs it and its licence
According to the operator’s terms, Casino Action is a brand managed by Fresh Horizons Limited, Palm Grove House, P.O. Box 438, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. The terms cite Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence number 00972. We have not matched that number to a certificate on the regulator’s site, so check it yourself before depositing.
LCB also lists Denmark as a jurisdiction. We could not confirm a Danish licence from the operator’s terms, so we treat that as LCB data only. Some third-party review sites mention a Malta Gaming Authority licence, but we found no sign of one in the terms and do not rely on it. We could not confirm whether the casino is registered in Ontario, so players there should check the regulated market’s own list first.

The Canada-only options also include OCT (for Visa cardholders) and Skrill. The terms say transaction, daily, weekly and monthly limits vary by country and method, and the banking page gives no single maximum.
One cap deserves attention. Players whose winnings exceed their total purchases across all Casino Rewards casinos can withdraw at most $4,000 a week, and Casino Action may raise or lower that amount at its discretion. It is not a flat limit for everyone, but a big winner should expect payments to be spread out.
Deposits
The banking page lists major credit and debit cards, bank transfer services, prepaid vouchers and e-wallets without naming each one. Interac deposits are processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc. Card deposits have daily and monthly limits, but the amounts are not published. LCB gives the minimum deposit as $10, which we could not confirm on the operator’s own pages.

The terms say a withdrawal may not be processed until identity verification is complete, so it is simplest to submit your documents early. The banking page adds that checks the first time you withdraw with a given method can take a further 5 to 7 working days.
Roulette games
The casino’s roulette page lists two RNG games, with no software provider named:

The European wheel has a house edge of 2.70%, against 5.26% on the American wheel, because of the extra double zero pocket. Table games, roulette included, and all live casino games count just 2% towards wagering, so clearing a requirement on the wheel takes a very large amount of play.
