Roulette bonus eligibility and table limits
Operator terms not verified · Checked 23 October 2026
| Scope | EmuCasino bonus terms and table limits |
|---|---|
| Roulette bonus eligibility | Not verified. The casino’s terms page returned an access error (HTTP 403) when we tried to read it, so we cannot confirm what share of a roulette bet counts towards wagering. |
| Important conditions | Roulette is often weighted far below slots for bonus wagering, or excluded. Check the specific promotion before you accept it. |
| Table minimum and maximum | Not verified for any named table, currency or market. Read the limits in the game itself before placing a bet. |
Offer eligibility and game availability vary by location. A bonus maximum stake is not a table limit. See our research methodology and roulette odds and payouts.
Is EmuCasino legit?
We cannot call EmuCasino a confirmed legitimate operator, and we cannot call it a scam either. What we can say from published sources:
- The ACMA, Australia’s regulator, requested a block of the site in November 2019, after receiving more than 50 complaints about it and Fair Go Casino.
- We could not verify a licence, licensing authority or operating company, because the casino’s website returned an access error to us.
- LCB’s casino data does not mark EmuCasino as closed or carry an LCB warning, and lists an average player rating of 3.10 from 435 ratings. That is a mixed score, not an endorsement.
If you play here, keep deposits small, complete identity checks early and do not rely on a bonus to cover losses.
Australia: ACMA block and exit
On 19 November 2019 the ACMA asked internet service providers to block the Emu Casino and Fair Go Casino websites. A ministerial media release said these were the first two illegal offshore gambling websites to be blocked, and that the ACMA’s investigations found the casino-style games offered were prohibited under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (media release).
The ACMA has also published a statement, which carries no date on the page, that Emu Casino “has since exited the Australian market and is allowing Australian customers to withdraw funds through its customer support” (ACMA). We have not been able to confirm whether that position has changed since. The same action covered Fair Go Casino, which we review separately in our Fair Go Casino review.
This review is not a statement that the casino is legal in any particular country. Check the rules where you live before you play.
United States: Michigan cease-and-desist
On 9 May 2025 the Michigan Gaming Control Board issued cease-and-desist orders to 14 online gambling operators, including EmuCasino, which it said were “offering internet gaming and sports betting without the proper approvals required under Michigan law” (MGCB announcement).
Licence and ownership
We could not confirm an operating company, licence number or licensing authority for EmuCasino from the casino or from any regulator register. Older secondary material and earlier versions of this review pointed to different jurisdictions, and none of that could be checked, so we do not name a licence here. If the licence matters to you, look for it in the casino’s footer and terms, and check the regulator’s own register before depositing.
Banking and withdrawals (LCB data)
The casino’s banking page was not accessible to us, so we have removed the method-by-method tables from earlier versions of this review, which contradicted each other. LCB’s casino data lists the following, with amounts shown in dollars and no currency stated:
- Minimum deposit: $10.
- Minimum withdrawal: $10 with Payz, $20 with other methods.
- Cash-out limit: $15,000 monthly.
- KYC (identity verification): up to 24 hours. Pending time: within 8 hours.
- E-wallets and crypto: instant. Credit cards: within 3 business days. Bank transfer: up to 10 business days.
Treat these as LCB’s figures rather than something confirmed by the casino. Fees, weekly caps and the methods open to you depend on your country, so check the cashier before depositing.

Roulette games and bonus rules
Earlier versions of this review listed live tables such as Lightning Roulette, French Roulette and Greek Roulette. We could not re-check the casino’s game lobby, so we are not listing specific tables or software providers now. Look at the lobby for the wheel type before you play, because it sets the house edge: European roulette (single zero) has a 2.7% house edge, while American roulette (double zero) has 5.26%. Our roulette odds and payouts guide explains how these figures work. No casino bonus changes that edge.
We could not verify how roulette counts towards wagering. Read the terms of any offer that you take, and see the casino’s current offers below.
Current promotions
Bonus amounts and codes change often, and a casino promotion is not automatically suitable for roulette.
Verdict
EmuCasino’s biggest problem is the lack of confirmed information. The ACMA action in 2019, the missing licence details and a middling LCB player rating all argue for caution. If you decide to play, set a deposit limit first and stick to it. Gambling should stay affordable, so read our responsible gambling page if it stops being fun.
FAQ
Is EmuCasino legit?
Its licence and operator could not be confirmed, and the ACMA asked for the site to be blocked in Australia in 2019. LCB does not list a warning for it. We recommend caution.
Can Australians play at EmuCasino?
The ACMA says the casino has exited the Australian market and lets Australian customers withdraw funds through customer support. The page is undated, so check the casino’s current position.
How long do EmuCasino withdrawals take?
LCB’s data lists e-wallets and crypto as instant, cards within 3 business days and bank transfer up to 10 business days, after pending time of up to 8 hours. These are LCB figures and may differ for you.
What is the minimum deposit at EmuCasino?
LCB’s casino data lists $10. The casino’s own page was not accessible to us, so check the cashier for your country and method.
